The 2013 EATA Meeting and Clinical Symposium will be held at Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Mashantucket, CT from January 10th through the 13th. You either can pay by credit card or check. If you choose to pay in the form of a check, you must register on-line and select "check" as your payment method. You will then have two weeks after you register on-line to submit your check to the EATA Treasurer. If the check is not recieved within the appropriate time frame, your registration will be deleted from the system. THERE IS NO MAIL IN REGISTRATION.

Registration Dates :

- If you register for the
annual meeting on-site, you will be able to pay using a credit card, as well as

- On-site Registration
- Friday January 10th
3:00 PM- 8:00 PM
- Saturday January 11th 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
- Sunday January 12th
8:30 AM- 10:30 AM
- You will not receive full CEU’s if you register on Sunday. Your CEU’s will be prorated to reflect your actual time at the convention. No CEU’s will be given for individuals who do not pick up their registration packet by 10:30 am..

Refund: All cancellations received prior to December 15th will be refunded less 5% for processing and accounting procedures. All cancellations received from December 16th until 31st will be refunded less 20% for processing and accounting procedures. Any cancellations made after December 31st WILL NOT be refunded. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing by email to Robb Rehberg, Treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org. Voice mail messages will not be honored. If you need to cancel prior to December 31st, please indicate whether or not you wish your registration fee deposited in the EATA, Inc. Scholarship Account or Research Account
