Attendee Registration

This year the EATA convention will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from January 7th through the 10th at the Loews Philiadelphia Hotel. We are continuing with the same payment system as last year. You either can pay by credit card or check. If you choose to pay in the form of a check, you must register on-line and select "check" as your payment method. You will then have two weeks after you register on-line to submit your check to the EATA Treasurer. If the check is not recieved within the appropriate time frame, your registration will be deleted from the system. THERE IS NO MORE MAIL IN REGISTRATION.

General Information

Registration Dates :

  1. The last day for pre-registration is December 20, 2010.
  2. If you register for the convention on-site, you will be able to pay using a credit card, as well as check or cash.
  3. On-site Registration Times
    • Friday January 7th 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM
    • Saturday January 8th 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
    • Sunday January 9th 8:30 AM- 10:30 AM
      • You will not receive full CEU’s when packet is picked up. No CEU’s will be given for individuals who do not pick up their packet by 10:30 AM.
    • Packets cannot be picked up prior to or after posted registration times, no exceptions!!!!

  4. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE EATA HOTEL ROOM RATES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL DECEMBER 24, 2010. MEMBERS MAKING RESERVATIONS AFTER THIS DATE, MAY HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE.
